I'm not quite understanding what you mean?
If i disable the 4 image types in AD i can remove the all the - filenames and still use it to load up the images single name files EMM creates?
Here is a german tutorial how you should setup the AD addon: Link
You only need the filenames that Ember creates.

I've just scraped a new file in ember and its creating poster and -poster ect, is this because i have the all the artwork downloader settings addon checked in EMM?

No. AD in Ember creates only clearart.png, logo.png, disc.png and landscape.jpg.
Do you have added anything expert tab?

I think i have it sorted.
In expert i just have <filename>-banner.jpg added, does that still have to be used?

Just had a thought.
In AD if i were to enable downloading on Movies and TV shows and disable all the others settings underneath (posters, season posters ect) would that just insert all the EMM files if i checked use local files?
That way AD wouldn't download anything new from the internet.

I just gave that a go and realise now that having the others checked finds the files EMM created.
took me a while to understand how all this worked haha

Looks like both are broken... and both have only crappy movie posters.
Are these two ready to remove? I think we have enought hight quality posters on TMDB and Fanart.tv....

I personally don't use it. But in www.movieposterdb.com with credits you can "buy" amazing quality and diversity types of stuff. Perhaps will be possible to scrape from movieposterdb downloading the full version of, insted the low res ones!.
I always prefer in theathers poster in spanish language and i have only a few movies with international or usa versions....
it's a feature!!.
