YouTube addon does't work on alpha from 6 to 9 - borexino - 2013-09-09

Hi all,
I'm writing because since I updated with alpha 6 and yesterday with 7, YouTube v 4.4.6 addon has stopped working. Can I fix this issue somehow?
I'm running xbmc 13 A7 on minix neo 5

I think this is related to the known bug with XBMC's python on Android. Others have reported youtube and some others having stopped working.

Have you tried the google tv youtube apk? Works really well outside of xbmc.

Have you tried the google tv youtube apk? Works really well outside of xbmc.

No I didn't try! I'm trying to setup using the playstore but I can't find the application. Could you please suggest me something?

I got it working on Ouya. You can get the link for the YouTube for Google TV apk from this website(Its where I got it from) http://ouyaforum.com/showthread.php?2466-List-of-Side-Loaded-Games-Apps-That-work-on-OUYA . I see no reason why it wouldnt work on your box. Try it and let us know if it works for you.
