Currently trying to build a system from old parts just for XBMC, will it run 1080p fine?
CPU: Intel e8400 3.0GHz
RAM: 4GB DDR2
GFX: 5450 1GB DDR (With HDMI Out)
OS: Windows 7

I would say so. I used to use a 6450 and it worked just fine for HD.
