Hello!
I suggest to specify in the Keymap page (maybe in the 4.4 Keyboard section?) that the key ids in the keyboard.xml file are expressed in the decimal system and not in the hexadecimal system like in the xbmc.log file... just to avoid excessive swearing while editing the keyboard.xml file
