To subscribe to a forum:
Navigate to the forum you wish to subscribe to.
Click the 'Subscribe to this forum' link just above, towards the right side of, the list of threads in that forum.
i don´t have this ´´Subscribe to this forum´´ and wanna have the reputation buttom in my forum room that i can reputation for people making don´t have the buttom

You really aren't looking very hard.
You have no reputation, and the button for adding it is below each post.

That option isn't available until you've reached a certain post count, but I thought it was a fairly low number such as 10, which you've already exceeded. Maybe something changed lately?
