Many thanks.

Hi, I'm new to xbmc. I recently bought a raspberry pi b+ and installed the latest Raspbmc. I tried many different themes and instantly I liked this(conq) skin. There is a problem. I cannot seem to customize the home screen menu from settings. Is it disabled by default ? Can I change it by editing xml ? Is there any work around ?

RE: Conq - cu_shane - 2014-09-26

Love this skin!

Two questions:

1) The default submenus for movies are recent movies, recommended movies, random movies, sets, etc. Is there a way to customize the submenus? I'd really like to have "unwatched"

2) I made some video playlists favorites and then set them up as menu items. When I open them, it only gives me the choice of two views: list and wide. Is there a way to add the wall view?

Select "Enable horizontal home layout", then the "Customise Submenu" button should appear in the management dialog that appears after you select "Customise Main Menu".

You don't even need to select horizontal anymore; it's available for both.

Still required on both repo versions (1.0.3 and 2.0.3) for the edit submenu button to be visible Wink

Code:
<visible>StringCompare(Window.Property(groupname),mainmenu) + Skin.HasSetting(HomeHorizontal)</visible>

My mistake - looks like I need to push an update. Confused

RE: Conq - sbrick - 2014-09-26

Not sure if you're taking requests but can you add support for super favourites context menu?

RE: Conq - bakito - 2014-09-26

Just a suggestion, in list view, when on focus the font size is a bit too large, some long titles are not readable and the scrolling is too slow... Especialy with youtube addon or any on line addon with long title.
Is it possible to decrease a bit the font size in list view?
Other wise this is now my main kody skin, it is excellent!!!!
Thanks !!
Cheers

Cannot seem to access "Customize Main Menu". When I click on it, nothing happens.

Please post a link to a debug log (wiki) showing you clicking on it Smile

(Hitcher, I know you like to keep these threads relatively clean. If you'd prefer me to ask Vishnu Vijayan to post the log in the skin shortcuts thread please say, and I'll edit the post accordingly.)

Thanks, but now what? It looks like all of the preconfigured submenus use library.data.provider, which doesn't have appear to have an option to return unwatched videos. Is there a way that I can set the custom action to load a playlist? Or is there another way to show unwatched movies?

RE: Conq - Hitcher - 2014-09-26

Make your own playlist and use that for the widget.

Got it. I set my playlist as a favorite and then selected it as the shortcut.

Thanks!
