You see, your AVR only tells: AC3, DTS, EAC3
It also does not tell 192 khz samplerate. Try to get an AVR update first.

My reciever stopped getting updates, the last update was released 4 years ago. It was a pain to update since I had to use the RS232 com port to do it.
But today I bought a new reciever, so let's see if that will help do the trick!

Got my new AVR up and running, re-installed XBMCbuntu and got the passtrough with DTS HD-Master and True HD to work like a glove ;-)

For others having this problem, this is now working in OpenELEC (should work for XMBCbuntu as well):

The key was the 0x1ec0 sad rate value.
