I'm using YouTube add-on 5.19 and Kodi 15.1 and i'm receiving the following message when trying to sign in on the YouTube app.
"Please log in twice......"
I click ok and the next screen comes up saying "Go to 'youtube.com/activate'".
I can do this via phone or external browser, however the YouTube app doesn't bring up any code that that I need to enter on the above URL. Eventually it gets to 100% and says "YouTube error. Check the log for more information".
Could you please advise what I need to do here to fix this? Thank you.

It would be great if advanced users could sign up for their own API key and use that somehow. Lots of twitter apps did that when they started restricting users.

Thanks for the reply. There is no option to push ok again sorry. It just stays on Sign In - XX% counting up, with a cancel option.

Hey, As a skinner, what is my option to use you addon? I saw:
ActivateWindow(videos,plugin://plugin.video.youtube/kodion/search/query/?q=QUERY)
and
ActivateWindow(videos,plugin://plugin.video.youtube/kodion/search/query/?q=QUERY&search_type=playlist)
What else can be used?
I need the options to search by channelid\userid, and by duration (if possible, to define to return videos only if longer then X minutes)

Still, no option by using you addon to filter videos by duration? I need to search by title+duration, only titles is not working for what i'm trying to achive
