Live tv is hidden when Pvr is disabled in settings.
It will get attention, but it will be the very last section, because first i'l need a pvr set

You don't need pvr to skin for pvr but I'm sure you know that. There is a test one you can enable specifically for this situation.
Live tv has never gotten much love with skins which is a huge shame. I don't think kodi is living up to its potential without live tv integrated.

I think this skin would be perfect to adopt some of the new design guidelines of Android with their material design idea

It is really well made and useful. Plus they actually give the reason behind the design choices they made.
Every skinner should take a look at it IMO. Nearly posted the link into the skin dev part of the forum the other day, but didn't. Even if you don't agree with the solution they propose and with the choices they made, they ask the good questions.

That's not really true, without a real pvr setup you'll never be able to complete all dialogs and infos for live tv.

The Open Sans regular looks good to me.
The orange border is a huge improvement in usability in my opinion as well

I would gladly buy you a tuner if it would help speed up the development and focus on pvr. =D
