What I would like to be resolved on next firmware:
- With internal kodi dvd player, there isn't auto frame switch and there isn't 24 neither 23.976 fps, and so, kodi streaming add-ons are a problem.
-Proper flac playing
- With himedia player, if you use UI 1080p 60hz settings, it dont auto switch to 50hz if you play a PAL movie, or vice versa, if you use 50hz UI, and play a NTSC movie, it wont auto switch to 60 hz.

IMPORTANT! THIS FIRMWARE IS FOR EUROPEAN Q5 4K3D (MANUFACTURED AFTER NOVEMBER 2014) ONLY. DO NOT TRY AND FLASH IT TO OTHER REGION Q5 4K3D.
Installation Instructions:
1. Copy update.zip to the root of a USB pen drive.
2. Insert the USB pen drive into any USB port of the Q5 4K3D.
3. With the Q5 4K3D turned off, use a paper clip or pen to press and hold the the pinhole restore button on the side of the Q5 4K3D (next to the USB ports).
4. While keeping the restore button pressed, turn on the Q5 4K3D.
5. The Q5 4K3D will show an Android droid logo and proceed to upgrade the firmware.
6. The box will auto-reboot when finished.

no,just want to know opionions from you,if there are great trouble with addons plugins (in generaly....) with kodi and himedia q5 .... or if usually go well....

Kodi addon not wok well with himedia q5, there are not solution.
himedia q5 is exlent player only with property Himediavideoplayer (full 3d audio hd superior picute quality ) kodi internal player is not supported.
You can use kodi for jukebox download subtitle ecc, not for playback.
The only android box where addon kodi well is amlogic, nexus and shield.

trouble even if i use spmc (xodi alternative...) with plugin/addon for streaming? ....just ask....don't blame me
already buy the q5 for the media side......happy anyway.....don't want the change...

Add-ons do work with Q5/10 or M3, but they take a little or quite a bit longer to install, and installing in succession (while other add-ons are still installing) causes the box to freeze. Once installed, add-ons work fine though.
