Can someone please tell me how Favorites is acessed? Excellent skin btw.

You can add a button to Favorites in the skin settings.
The whole menusystem is highly customizable, just add/change/remove the tiles from the homescreen however you please.
Also you can edit any submenu and/or widget.
Go to Settings --> skin settings --> edit homescreen

Thanks. Also, is there a way to remove 'latest movies' & 'recently added albums' from the home screen?

Ah, you mean the "widgets" at the top ?
Approach 1 - just hide them:
--> go to skin settings, homescreen layout --> disable "auto show widgets"
--> the widgets will be hidden from the homescreen though still can be accessed with Arrow buttons if you're on a tile.
Approach 2 - remove them from a tile
--> Go to skin settings --> configure homemenu tiles
--> select the tile with the widget you want to remove
--> press button "select widget"
--> in the dialog select None
--> exit the screen, return to home and let the menu build.
--> after the build is complete the widget is removed completely.

Can you tell me how to set a sub menu or shortcut to Favorites please?
I can point the shortcut to a specific favorite but not the Favorites menu.
I've played around with the custom menu stuff and just can't see how you do this.
I'd like to swap music videos for my Favorites browser.

Within the menu customiser, choose a shortcut for your menu item and select "Favourites" from the "Common" category (by default, it's the last item in this list, though Titan may customise this)
