If you don't get any widgets at all, you have edited the file in such a way as it has become invalid. The change you're making looks correct (aside from the fact that the [value] is surrounded by ` and not ' - but I'm assuming that's not reflected in the actual file. I've tested it on my own system, so I'm not sure why it wouldn't be working for you.

Kid's Movie section is entered through a main menu item (label = Kid's Movies) --> movie set.

that is exactly what was wrong i must of deleted the line and typed it myself and i have been looking at the same line for hours and not noticed just needed a fresh pair of eyes 
Thanks for the help this is exactly what i was looking for, i wonder why this happens and if there is any plans for that view to be implemented no matter where the widget is pointed as i just noticed i don't have the option under plexbmc as a widget either.

hi i would to ask if is possible update silvo to new milhouse's builsd and yes, i know is too soon to get new "official" update do kodi 17, but silvo mod works until build 21 of this month. Since that day have some issues , ex:
on salts addon we don't see the progress bar, when is searching sources, another ex the new build after day 21 we get some info about unknown sources,, in confluence i can see that but no on silvo..
aside this everything seems to work well, you all have done a amazing mod on this skin, thank you so much for all your work

Hi, I'd like to say thanks to Silvo for this mod and have been using for a while on Jarvis and past builds.
I can take a few screenshots but mine is only a basic setup.
I love the TriPanel view.... it would be awesome to have watched status indicators and cases with media flags in this view...

You should only ask my why this sort of thing happens if you really want to know - as you're about to discover
The list of widgets that you see is provided by the Skin Shortcuts script. For addons, the script gets the list of nodes the addon provides via Kodi's json api. Now, every widget returns a property widgetType to the skin - which details the type of content the widget provides (movies, tvshows, albums and so on) which Nox 5: Silvo uses to decide which widget art options to make available. When Skin Shortcuts gets the addon nodes, though, Kodi doesn't tell us what content the addon actually provides so the script has to take a guess. In the case of Twitch (and probably plexbmc) it looks like it wasn't able to guess very specifically at all and so will have returned a widgetType of 'videos', for which Silvo only provides the widget art options that you see.
As for whether there are improvements planned, Mr. V (who is responsible for the visual stylings of the widgets in Silvo) is currently working on v3.5 of his widgets which will eventually make it into Silvo. One of the changes being trialled is to actually load the widget into a list, then base the widget art choices on what art the first item in the list has.

So basically in 3.5 the aim is to have the script make the choice based off of the art of the first item in the list instead of guessing what media the addon provides, So rather than throwing back widgetType of 'videos' or 'movies' and getting the respective art views it will somehow determine the art of the first item in the list and provide you with the views for that art type (could be totally wrong with what i just said) should be interesting to see how he does with this.

Hey Mike I have no idea what happened but when I stated Kodi (Jarvis) up about 20 minutes ago my desktop screen went black and I couldn't get out of the program. I had to reboot my computer and when I started Kodi up again ALL of my settings were gone. So I'm basically back at scratch.
I think it might be a Jarvis thing but I figured I'd alert you. Sucks to have to rebuild everything from scratch after I had everything setup perfectly.

great skin.....love the widgets and everything about it.....is there a way to set the view to say myflix and make it stick to everything so you dont have to set the view for each page of the addons

Pps.: another question: for live-tv, there is a nice plugin called "umschalt-timer", (switching timer)... so in epg you cann set a "switching timer" and then kodi will switch to the live-tv on this channel to the time
so similar like "do a recording", but it doesn´t record, but it switches to the channel
very useful, if you want to watch soccer live saturday afternoon and before you listen to music/... in kodi, you can set such a timer an to the time of the tv-show it will automatically switch to the show
is it possible to integrate it in your skin?

Very nice Skin! Thanks for the work!I have 2 questions:
1.) On original Aeon Nox 5 when clicking on a actor a box will open with all movies in my database with this actor. Now it opens extended script info. For the director it still works. I searched an option like on Aeon Madnox for this, but cannot find. How can I change this?
2.) Is it possible to get more views in the Videos -> File "View" ? I only can chose from list, symbols and showcase. I would like to use something like big wall.. I have many homemade, custom, youtube and whatever videos so it would be cool to see them as wall. Symbol is already okay, but the "symbols" are way to big... In Aeon Madox I can chose wall in the "files view". e.g.
3.) Whe I use the wall view.. is it possible to use another aspect ratio for the preview pictures? Its combined with my question before.. I have quite a view videos without meta data and poster. I just created thumbnails. But these thumbnails are most 16:9 and are very squished when shown as poster

Maybe just reinstall Kodi? Don't think it would overwrite your settings but may put back something you are missing?
