The above should install automatically if skin is installed from my repo or zip file using Kodi's built-in addon manager

You can check the status of many supported add-ons in the help section of Skin settings. If the add-on is in either the Kodi default repository or the SiLVO repo (when installed) then clicking it will give the option to install or if installed you can click to open the add-ons settings.

Under the skin help it reads:
script.skin.helper.widget NOT INSTALLED
script.skin.helper.service NOT INSTALLED

Again from there it will not allow me to install them.

 Any suggestions?

So i have to uninstall kodi and start again, this time i will install v 6.0.11

Edit : i give up. I reinstall kodi, install repo, install separately the skin v 6.0.11 from a zip and still missing movies, tv shows, live tv items.
