Sorry took master. Now with Helix I see PATH until the Playcount is 1 - then it will be changed. So Path is still visible for most movies, because they are not watched yet...

Maybe this line should be removed? "<visible>!IsEmpty(ListItem.PlayCount)</visible>"

No, I'm running Helix 14.2 on a windows machine and on a Fire TV.

So I found the same intro video I was using in mp4 format (it was MKV originally) and that fixed the problem with the menu popping up mid way though the video. Now, the only issue I'm having is that the menu pops up for a split second before the video starts.... Any ideas?

thank you for your reply i found a genre pack on line and i went to C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\addons\skin.aeon.nox\extras\genre\vid​​eo\icons folder, i noticed that all the genre is allready on kodi/xbmc . but when i want to add a different movie for the genre all though i see a list of genre through kodi/xbmc i cannot see the genre i am looking for allthough it is in C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\addons\skin.aeon.nox\extras\genre\vid​​eo\icons folder, is there a way to show all genres in this folder thanks

Credit for this mod goes to mikesilvo164. The code used is taken directly from his skin mod, Nox 5 with Some Added Views (Helix). It also incorporates a handwritten CD-R created by manfeed from this thread.

The slideshow supports the use of artist logos, but I don’t have any logos to test.

You will need:
  • MusicVisualisation.xml
  • Font.xml
  • blank.png (fallback CD art)
  • fafers.ttf (required font file)
Installation Instructions:
  1. Add the modified MusicVisualisation.xml and font.xml to your addons/aeon.nox.5/1080i folder.
  2. The blank.png image should be placed in addons/aeon.nox.5/extras/cdart.
  3. Lastly, add the font fafers.ttf to addons/aeon.nox.5/fonts.
Play a track and press Tab to enter full-screen playback.

If using Artist Slideshow, fanart images can sometimes take a minute to load.

how do i get the cd case, disk and other info to stay on for longer than just the default few seconds . id like it on all the time . also , is it just me or does "rightlist only work in some views . cant get it or many other views in my music section (files or library) . maybe something i have done wrong ?

2.6.3 songinfoduration
This controls how long the song information will remain onscreen when the song changes during visualisations. The valid range is "1" to "Indefinite (0)", in seconds. This does not include the duration of any transition effects.
Default:
<songinfoduration>10</songinfoduration

Maybe using "0" is not working in Helix anymore, so I added a large number...

I have a question regarding adding more custom entries in the main menu. I tired editing the following files:

custom_1121_HomeMenuCustomizer.xml
custom_1126_MenuOrderCustomizer.xml
Includes_Home.xml

In those three files I see CustomMainMenuItem1 and other custom menu related stuff. So I thought I would be able to a simple bit of tweaking in those 3 files to increase the number from 6 to 7, however, they are not showing when I start the skin and go into customising the home menu.

Could anyone point me in the right direction so I might be able to increase the number of main menu custom items?

no it is not correct.

if you dblclk it should open in IE for example, if there it is without errors shown, then it is ok.

Another alternative to achieve this without having to edit any xml files is just by pressing "i" while the song is playing. The info will stay there until you press "i" again.

Also, is there anyway to put the imdb logo (located in media/flags/colored/posters/imdb.png) in the movie information screen where the imdb rating is found? And how do I activate the mpaa extended rating (like rated R for....) for the movie information screen as well?

Hi Mike. Loving the skin. So many more options than the standard Aeon nox 5. I have a couple of issues I am hoping you can help with relating to movie artwork.

I recently started using third party scrappers like Ember and Tiny Media manager to scrape all my artwork but now having issues with the skin not showing them.

Each movie is stored in its own folder (i found this was required to scrape extra fanart etc) . Each movie has all its art work in the same folder so eg logo, fanart, thumb, discart, landscape, clearart, banner, etc I also used the scrappers to create NFO files which are also stored in each folder.

Now when i scrape my movies i set the content to read local nfo only and set the option that movies are stored in own folder. Now kodi scrapes everything nice and quick showing all the thumbnails and fanart but does not show any logo's , banners, or discart . Just the basic artwork. I thought the whole point of having everything scrapped to each folder whould make it easier.

I can get the extra stuff by running the artwork downloader for each movie but i want it show the artwork that is already there, but I can not get it to show. Am i doing something wrong?
