xbmc can't play subs - smajser - 2006-08-16 hi all, Evox V+3935 i have problem with playing .avi movies on xbmc with subs in same folder. i tried .srt and .sub files and i do put them in same folder and it still cant play the subs. there must be something i am not enabling in the settings or something i am missing. please help the noob thanks - spiff - 2006-08-16 foo.avi matches foo.srt or browse for it in the osd - jgawera - 2006-08-16 I think you'll also need the .idx if using .sub If that doesn't work, post a debug log. ... I did have this problem recently, it turned out my Z drive was full, so XBMC had no room to cache the subs.
