Is there a option to set videothumb position lets say 10sec from beginning for videofiles?

I don't believe so. I think you have to add the thumbs manually or to sites like thetvdb/moviedb/fanart.tv

thx, but the question is not for movies
its for small own video files
avis, mkvs, mp4s ect.
