I have not test Kodi 16 Alpha. Have Kodi 16 a better sync support?
Edit i dont see a new alpha from today. Only from yesterday.

I have install now the build but i have also stutter in most videos with this.

Have you tried playing about with the settings?
Try sync video to display on and off
Try post processing on and off
Try deinterlacing on and off
If you have passthrough enables, turn it off to see if that gets rid of it.

Anyone else having trouble finding Kodi on the Play Store?
I accidentally uninstalled Kodi from the "Apps" menu of the Shield interface, and now I cannot reinstall it from the Play Store simply because it does not shows up anywhere...
HELP!

Navigate to Kodi.TV downloads through internal browser in EsfileExplorer or through Chrome if you have it installed

Should I manually download the APK and try to reinstall it?

That's happened to me in the passed. your TV and Movies are still there you have to set TV & movie scraper again.
EDIT: I just installed the 26th build - kodi-20151026-6b91dde-master-x86_64 - on my macbook, and same issue.

I know they are still there, as soon as I reverted to the version above, they were back. With the MySQL setup, and advanced settings xml, I shouldn't ned to scrape again, it should be recognised immediately.
I just did a full system reset/erase and decided to start by installing the latest nightly - kodi-20151025-c524791-master-armeabi-v7a.apk and got the exact same problem after doing the full set up and setting the video sources and asking it to scrape and create the library. I then installed kodi-20151003-b2e2eca-master-armeabi-v7a.apk and it was all good again. For me the 17th, 23rd and 25th nightly builds all have this same problem.
The skin I use SiO2 wasn't listed as available, so I did also try to install the 15.2 build - kodi-15.2-Isengard-armeabi-v7a.apk and it wouldn't let me.
EDIT: I just installed the 16.0 26th Nightly build kodi-20151026-6b91dde-master-x86_64 on my macbbok, it has the same issue with the library getting removed.

Since I use kodi 16 alpha I din'nt have this problem with 25 Hz series, but I installed the official 15.2 on one of my two shield and I have this issue now, When I play the same files on my second shield with kodi 16 alpha it works fine

Yes it's ok with kodi alpha, only 23.976 movies are playing well with the 15.2 kodi !!

Ok i dont know why i have stutter. I sell now my Shield and look for a other 4K Mediaplayer with better Kodi support.
