Automatic scrobble not working for me since moving to Matrix 19.0. Was working beautifully on v18. Running Trakt addon version 3.3.5 on Chromecast with Google TV.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the addon, but no joy. Everything else with the addon is working.
Any ideas how to resolve this?

Still seeing blank "user" even with the "woohoo" from Trakt. You really notice how great this addon is when it is not working.

Please post a log. Scrobble and ratings after tvshow episodes are working for me on my android tv box. So it's hard to help otherwise.

Worked for me. No longer crashing on '269 of 270'.

Trakt.tv has been freezing during synchronization since matrix. Everything worked fine previously. I'm running Kodi on an Nvidia shield. Anyone having this problem?

Can you please calm down and report that problem instead of name ranting? It might not actually be kodi that's the problem here. https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc

I get the id issue when scrobble or full synchronize the tvshows.
Matrix on NVIDIA SHIELD. Info is included in the logs.

Trakt has stopped scrobbling for me also when I moved to 19. I forced a scrobble the past two days and when it is scanning TV shows it gets up to Parsing TV shows it gets to "Parsing 233 of 545 episode data from Kodi" and just stops there and never goes any further and I have to force close Kodi at that point. I am trying to paste my log in the site listed below "https://paste.kodi.tv/" but I have zero idea how to get the address to share in this post.
