Is this working as intended, a bug or a limitation of the addon/Kodi?
It's about Mark X from Trakt history as watched in Kodi.
- You can only have trakt mark one copy/path of a movie/show as watched. It will be the first one added to the database.
- If you remove the first one added from Kodi's library, trakt won't mark the remaining copy as watched. trakt seems to cling on to the first copy as the only copy.
- To fix this you must clean the library then run trakt.

I've been using the addon for a couple years and it is great. I do have a couple questions/issues:
-Sometimes when I start Trakt manually I see a pop-up that shows what it is doing with counts of episodes etc. Sometimes I don't get that. When I don't get that does it mean it is not working?
-It sometimes takes days to sync. Even if I manually start Trakt 2-3 times. It seems like eventually it always winds up syncing though. Any idea why?

I looked at the log and it says token expired. I re-authorized the addon and it worked. How often does this need to be done?

For some reason when using the trakt context menu I always get an error. I'm on kodi matrix 19.0 (fandango's build)

If you are going to provide a link to your Debug Log then give us the whole log, not just a snippet you feel is relevant.

If by that you mean your installation contains Banned Add-ons (wiki) and you know that we don’t provide support for installations that contain them then you should also understand you cannot circumvent the Forum Rules by obfuscating your logs in an attempt to obtain said support.
In other words, please don’t ask for support unless you are prepared to provide a full and clean log as you will be disappointed.

I have an issue with that the playcount for a single movie is updated with the same date and time on every sync. Is it stuck in like a cache file or something that I can delete to resolve it?

Does Trakt addon for Kodi work with Disney+ and Netflix addons? I try to mark as watched on Trakt from these addons and I get these errors :

When I export a Netflix TV Show to Kodi Library, mark an episode as watched on Trakt worked as it expected. Unfortunately, Disney+ addon on does not have this option. Can you suggest me a solution for this?

I am a coder but I am not familiar with Kodi/Python, but as I see from log it crashes when requested the Database ID from selected item in list. But, as I supose, Netflix and Disney+ addons does not create any ID on Kodi Library DB.

I don't know if plugin coders can find another way to get selected info from Netflix/Disney+ and other addons.

Hi everybody.
I have a little problem with my trakt sync actually.
I don't really know when it got wrong ... But when i sync manually, it's working for the Series, but for the movies no...
When i began to sync manually everything fine until 17% "Retrieving Movies watched from Trakt" after that i can't see it going until 100% it pass directly to sync all my series (and it's ok for the series).
For your information when i scrobble a movie what i am watching there is no problem, also for rating it everything fine.
It's looks like taking movies information from trakt not working.
Here i have a log, if someone could check it.
I know i have an old version of KODI (Krypton) but it's an old computer... and i don't think my computer will accept an update of KODI.

Also i tried to update my Trakt add on with Zip file but i have this error message "The dependencies on script.module.trakt 4.4.0 could not be satisfied" but i have this error because i don't have the last KODI version i suppose...

Hi all,
i just passed my night to find a solution!
and i found it!!
Here is a topic about exactly the same problem with KRYPTON!
I just downloaded the update version of script.trakt-3.2.5 fixed by burekas7 for KRYPTON and everything is fine and working now!!
On top of that i just notice that the rating sync (with manually sync) is now working on !!! Whereas it wasn't before !

My Xbox just updated to Kodi 20... don´t ask me why... I've had some issues but everything is running now except for the Trakt add-on. It wasn't syncing watched status, so I decided to reinstall. However, now I can't connect to my Trakt-account. When I click the 'How do I authorize...' options, the settings screen exits and I get a notification error 'Can not connect to Trakt'. Any help getting this to work?

I assume everything will get back to some kinda normal once trakt gets back on top of their database. Would it also be the reason as to why trakt isnt rating at the end of episodes or movies or marking current stuff as watched ? Figured that their website was back up things would be ok again.
