I'm running Kodi 15.2. Trakt script has stopped working for me (3.0.7).
Any ideas?

I'm running the same version of Kodi & Trakt.
I was unable to authorise/authenticate my account.
The solution for me was to install the two scripts (install from ZIP) from post #1251 then uninstall and reinstall the trakt script.

Okay, I am new to Trakt and am getting extremely frustrated.
I just want movies/shows that I stream to automatically show up in my history for viewing later (or on another device) and easy access. The only way I have been able to do this is to mark as watched. Why does it not just mark it as watched for me? Is there something I am doing wrong?
My Trakt account is linked to both Kodi and the add-on. When I watch a movie I can see from my Trakt dashboard (from my laptop) that it is playing, but it does not show up in my history.

So, I watched a movie and it did not appear in my history until the entire stream, credits and all, was completely done. Even if I stopped it, exited, or tried to check another device it was not there previously. Is this normal? I don't to watch every little bit of every stream to get titles to appear in my history. I want them to be there just because I started to play them. Any help?

I don't have to watch a video in its entirety for it to be marked as watched, on my installation.

You might want to look into playback progress, which is disabled by default. It's two different things.
History like watched yes/no
Playback progress how many percentage of an item have you watched. This syncs via trakt, but is not shown on the website anywhere.

1) After finish watching a video and the Rating dialog shows up.
Does it also mark it automatically as watched in trakt (Weather you choose to send the rating or not)
* Because sometimes when I watching through external addon, the rating dialog shows up and I'm choosing. Then after I go to my library and mark it as watched, I see duplicate plays in my Trakt's History.
2) How can I disable the default rating if I press esc in the rating dialog?

@Razze is there anyway you can implement an error message to tell us that we need to reactivate the addon? I've been away for the last week and have been wondering why my Trakt collection is not updating when my server adds a new show to my Kodi library. It ended up being that I need to reactivate the addon. The odd thing is when I ran a manual sync of the addon in kodi it never displays an error and seems to execute like nothing is wrong.
This could be really helpful.
P.S. I can't live without this addon.

Well, I used the scripts above and got it working on my Mac, but Trakt will not authorize (or connect) using OpenELEC even after installing the scripts, uninstalling trakt, then reinstalling.
Any ideas?

1) the rating dialog has nothing to do with marking anything as watched, you can have both or one of each
2) if you press esc no rating will get send

Running LibreELEC v8.0.0 (Kodi 17) and the latest Trakt and I think Trakt keeps causing Kodi to hang. It just seems to slow to a crawl before becoming unresponsive, always seems to be when Trakt is syncing in the background.
