new router new ip, mysql problems - noxy - 2015-03-15

So since my new router came.. witha new ip.. i have gone about changing the ip address in advancesettings and source.xml to the new ip... and then i add the new sources into kodi after deleting the old ones... all the right shows arrive in and when i view the source of the show it shows the right ip... but the episodes dont.. they still all point to old ip..

any ideas? please and thanks

Did you change the IP from within Kodi, or did you edit the sources.xml file directly? Kodi needs the IPs to be updated from inside the program so that it can record those changes to the database as well.

Try adding the old IP address as a source from within Kodi. You don't need to scan it in or set content, just add the old IP. Then go and remove it using the context menu -> Remote, and Kodi will ask to apply those changes to the database. Say yes. That should clean up the old entries. Now you can add/set content on the new IP source for TV shows.
