Cool about that video !
I muight jump on the himedia m3
slightly slower cpu and half the ram, but it should be enough ,since the pi2 even have slower cpu than m3
Would you consider buying the m3 from iandroidtvbox? Does it need to be english for that one too?
What was the problem again with chinese box?

With the Chinese branded versions, remote & UI in Chinese mostly, partially English. APK's and firmwares posted at Futeko can't be applied. The hardware revision (build) is older.
Re: m3 from iandroidtvbox, I'd e-mail them first & verify what you'll be getting.

Not just firmware, but the branding (remote in English, HiMedia logo on player itself in English, etc.). But, if English firmware, then branding should be English.

the VAPE/GPU(video engine) is same ,this is important. one user from my forum buy it and he talk good about m3, with kodi running only half RAM is busy i hope test it soon.

it's not clear 100% is english or chinese version.
- Some photo is english other chinese.
- seller say "HiMedia Q5 Quad Core Android TV Box DO NOT pre-installed the google play. We will update English firmware When we have."
some other information from website i think this is chinese version.
Futeko version have playstore this NOT.
