I'm gonna miss android TV interface but 3d ISO need is stronger.

I have 8 GB on mine but 4GB should be enough unless you have some money to burnWink

Is it enough also for gaming?

RE: Kodi Media Player Options with MVC/frame-packed 3D & HD Audio - hdmkv - 2017-01-17

More bad news for 3D... first LG, and now Sony too has dropped support Sad

Hoping projector manufacturers continue support (Epson, BenQ, Optoma, etc.), and at least some decent 3D Blu-ray's keep coming out.

Get the i5 version if you are going to play games with 8GB RAM

I was lucky to buy this year model of LG TV, damn this is getting worse.

i bought the LG OLED C6. beautiful set and stunning 3D.

sadly video gaming could not even save it. i did enjoy at least one PS3 game in 3D. maybe VR will catch on but i have to believe that if glasses which are offen cited as the reason 3D ever took off is true then VR has no hope either

c'est la vie. will continue to purchase and enioy for as long as i can. but i won't lose sleep over it. i'm more bummed that with UHD not being cracked we can't back up our media to our NAS in the future.

Or maybe will be better to wait for new Intel nuc boxes. I have seen some test shown that 6th generation nuc has better performance in 3d mark than new beebox. Also it looks really nice. But I have no idea how much it would cost

What about the New 7th generation NUCs? I'm considering the NUC7i5BNH. Looks great with 4K support. The only thing I'm not sure of is if these boxes support HDR and Dolby Vision. I'm not even sure if these technologies are related to hardware or software.

it SHOULD support HDR as it has HDMI 2.0a but Dolby Vision is hardware addition.
Windows dont support HDR at the mo but Dev Preview coming up adds support.

If you look at the specs for Kaby Lake, they mention that it supports both HDR and DV, but it's left to the manufacturers to implement them. What does "implement" mean? I know that DV requires a hardware chip for it to work, but when Intel says that Kaby Lake supports it, does it mean that the chip has hardware support for it?
