I want to try @ Andy's link
What i have to do next?
I must download the Krypton?

If something is wrong , how can i save all my changes in Jarvis?

Thanks for your attention

Use the backup addon in the Kodi repository. I think it is classified as a program addon. If something goes wrong with Krypton, you can revert back using the Jarvis installer in the set up guide.

I would suggest installing Krypton as a portable installation and test for bugs.

Thanks Warner for your reply
Where exactly is this backup addon?
I have to search in the settings?

If you like you cant test my own build of Kodi Krypton 17 RC3 with DSPlayer
http://goo.gl/Y23kiF

It is my own build with some custom contents.
a) I have changed the splash screen
b) LAV 0.69 with Aracnoz PRs
c) integrated latest nightly ffmpeg in Kodi

If you look into the info you see it's RC4 but this is because i have pulled all PR and the latest PR was the increase of the version. So it says RC4 but it is RC3 with all PRs.

Please download again if you want correct git info in Kodi. I did forget to copy the git information before build.

I believe this was a bug in Kodi itself, but your build does not allow for any PVR addons to be loaded. Worked fine with DSPlayer 17 RC1 and RC2, and also with Kodi 17 RC3 released. Can you fix your version and reupload?

Sorry, i can't fix this. I can only merge the dsplayer branch with the official Krypton branch. I'm not able to modify the code. So it's possible that in future more and more errors occur and in someday it's impossible to use the dsplayer branch. I still hope a talented coder take the lead and fixes the issues.
As i don't use any PVR i didn't notice this error. Maybe i can recompile and use the official ffmpeg and not the latest ffmpeg. But that is all i can do.

When do you get the error?

It's found in the Kodi addon repository. Search under Programs.

I would test by creating a portable installation.

I have got the the same pvr error. After installation i start kodi and got the massage that the pvr addon (dvbviewer) will not load.

I have seen people complaining that the PVR error is in the official build of kodi. It isn't just for the dsplayer build. they had it fixed 2 releases ago, but it seems to have come back in newer releases.

Can someone tell me if the setting adjust display refresh rate, is it better to use setting on start/stop or always?
Also if I am using pass through audio, should sync playback to display be off?

It doesn't matter if you use start/stop or always.

Sync playback to display does nothing. It is for DVDPlayer, not DSPlayer.

Hello. Gamepad doesn't work on this build, is there anything could be done to fix this?

So do you recommend just turning on vsync to sync to display when watching 24hz?

No, you can use ReClock, which does the same thing as Sync playback to display.

I am bitstreaming. Doesn't reclock not work with bitstreaming?

Nope. In that case, bitstream and don't worry about occasional frame drops.
