Locking Up - mystik - 2015-08-08
I have a problem. I updated to Pre-15.1 today. I was using v14.? (I can't remember if I was on 14.2 before or maybe the build before). Since then, I am getting lockups when I try starting a video. I am accessing video from a network shared folder (mounted as a drive letter). I can play a file through Media Player from the same drive with no problem. I even tried switching to 14.2, but the issue remains. Any ideas? I am using an Intel NUC, although I doubt that matters. Thanks.

Do you get an error message pop up saying can't find file or just fully freezes?
Have you change the drive path letter by any change?
If you're able to, try a fresh install of Kodi 15.1.

Thanks for the speedy reply. There is no error...just lockup. I have not changed the drive letter. I guess I will try a fresh install.

I just wanted to update here that a fresh install seemed to work properly.
