Are you guys uninstalling your previous version and restarting your systems then installing this version? Not sure if it will help or not but worth a try.

Yeah, I've tried pretty much everything to my limited knowledge at this point lol. I don't know if anyone else is in the same position as me but I have Sportsnet Now (through Sportsnet, no cable subscription) and am using an Nvidia Shield. I've tried every fix that's been listed but still can't get the streams to authorize and open.

Same result. The list loads, but the feeds don't play.

It is working on my Amazon Fire TV Box/Stick, but not on my Windows 7 x64 machine.

RE: [RELEASE] Sportsnet Now - Mayday - 2016-09-23

I have tried and followed every single step by adding the s into http's mentioned and i cannot get the authorization....

And downloading that mega location plugin does not include sportsnet login credentials for people without cable carriers.

I dont have cable

RE: [RELEASE] Sportsnet Now - wbilger - 2016-09-23

I am running 1.0.4, and a test version from portse that has bell login, so I can't update to 1.05, or try the 1.06.
I was working great until the last snnow changes, then I was getting the authorization fail.
I made the https change in snnow.py as described above, and it worked great on all machines, for one day,
but now I get an error on all machines. It does not even load the channel list, instead throws an error.
This does this on all my windows machines, and I even re-installed Kodi and deleted my kodi profile and started over.
The error is;

There is no option to add sportsnet login. It is not supported. See first post.

RE: [RELEASE] Sportsnet Now - Mayday - 2016-09-24

I know. But 1.0.5 has the sportsnet option and changing snnow.py to add the https still doesnt help as was previously discused.

I looked at that mega 1.0.6 and see it doesnt have sportsnet settings.

I tried editing 1.0.5 from micah.

I guess i have to hipe he comes up with an official update to correct this.

Until then i guess its sportsnet on my phone and chromecasted to my tv....

I think its the DNS, i am using a VPN and it works.

I have the same problem, where I can view the list of channels but can't watch any of them.

I grabbed snippets of code on guthub in a python CLI and it appears the Connection refused error may be a red herring. Despite apparently being refused, it seems as though a response is received with Set-Cookie

So I then wasted a bunch of time going through Live HTTP headers when I login to snnow in my browser. I got as far as working login code, scratching my head the entire time because it was so drastically different from what I found in the addon's code (addon uses Adobe OAUTH, browser barely even connects to adobe). Then my heart sunk when I saw Neulion. Pretty sure their service does strange things like splitting the video up into tiny files and leaves it up to the player to stitch them together, and kodi doesn't support that very easily. Really hoping the android or IOS apps use something other than Neulion that explains why this addon ever worked, but that might eliminate me as a development resource because I don't have an environment to see the nitty gritty of a working auth session/stream as a comparison point to figure out what is going wrong in kodi.

I have a few more days of free SNNow service, and if I can't watch videos in Kodi then I'll just have to cancel before my first billing period begins. Its a shame because I was ready to pay their ridiculous pricing just to hopefully have reliable (and legitimate) hockey streams this year. Most importantly, I really need to be able to start watching the game an hour after it starts because first period and kid's bedtime routine always overlap.

Unless you post logs, chances are you will not get much help.
