they are screwing up the order of seasons. latest episodes if you try to load on website will show its part of season 51, and I can confirm under addon that it shows there.

You are right. We love the addon. its a perfect addon after a long time. I use it with a combination of india vpn through astrill. need vpn for the us / uk and then india for this on ddwrt. super smooth. 1080p and not a single buffer. thank you for making this. wish the shows from sony existed.

Navigates, Sorry trying to make sense here - I'm struggling trying to find a suitable but affordable VPN to work with Hotstar. I'm in the UK and only interested in playing TV Shows like Yeh Rishta, KumKum, Saathiya etc.

I tried one and it started playing but then it stopped after like 2mins.

Please advise.

I use torguard. Which works fine. Still some of the contents don't work on Hotstar sometimes using VPN.

Only interested in watching Sasural Genda Phool, Yeh Rista kya kehlate hain, Khichdi & possibly saathiya.

Do you get any buffering? I'm trying to play Humare Bahu Rajnikant but it's slow and no sound. Going to carry on testng.

Just finished trying some more and playing with my advancedsettings file.

<buffermode>1</buffermode>
<readbufferfactor>10</readbufferfactor>
<cachemembuffersize>350000000</cachemembuffersize>

but im still having issues playing any tv shows. It just wants to cache, after like 5 secs play time the sound disappears carries on playing and then Cache! If I pause it for like 5mins then the video plays fine.

What am I doing wrong? I've set my quality to 720p.

please advise. Also which my TorGuard is set to TCP and the default security.

I even changed the Quality to 404p but that was way slow.

I don't think anyone here messes around with advancesettings, and reason is hotstar video servers are fast. you must have some network settings causing issue. btw I can watch Khichdi and another one of the show you mentioned with just indian IP and nothing else ( atleast first video of these shows). Also I don't think anyone is going to help you here with proxy and vpn, simply because I believe those talks are prohibited on this forum. But I may be wrong.

Where did you get your indian IP? if you could just give me the site name, I can just buy their subscription. I've tried various VPNs and it's just constantly buffering and the sound disappears and slow playback this is why I had to mess with advancedsettings

Addon setting select quality also tv shows and movies are streaming every 2-3 min even with 404p on 20Mbpsline

No it was for srinivas08 on how to change quality.

What i meant was it seems to be having issues streaming even with 20 Mbps though it works well on Android App on Tablet

Also the app was updated 2 days back earlier a month back it used to stream everything so smooth

ok thats better. Now tell me which show is causing issue or particular episode, so I can verify whats wrong. Hopefully its not geoblocked.

I tried most shows and movies let's take example of sarabahai vs sarabahai it crawls even at 404p in 2mins, btw I can stream those same content on my android without any buffering at 1080 the buffering started after last 2 releases before that movies used to play flawlessly

Again, I played first episode of above show... (720p highest available), and no issues. So unless more people report same issue with proper bug report, I can't help out with this. I can't tell whats going on unless I run into same issue myself. I remember there were some jokes regarding hotstar speed on AIB show for people in India, but I've never encountered such outside of India, atleast not where I am.
