System is OSMC running on a Pi3. This used to work, but suddenly it stopped. Coincided with a change from Emby to EmbyCon.

Funny thing - the game recaps play just fine. When I ask the system to logout of NHL TV it response with success. Using the credentials that I have entered into Kodi with a normal browser or my phone work fine to watch full games.

I did a fresh install of OSMC and only installed NHL TV and Kodi Logfile Uploader. Nothing else, other than dependencies, should be installed.
I get the same behaviour when trying to watch the full game. If I watch the recap, it works.
Error I receive is:

So it says your account doesn't exist. Are you a Rogers subscriber? Do you have that option toggled on when it shouldn't be?

So everything worked fine last night. I watched my team play with no issues. Tonight I went to watch the game and the plugin wasn't installed so I went to install it again and it keeps failing to install. Is anyone else having issues or no why it's suddenly not installed?

Yes, change the settings for inputstream adaptive or disable it, it's what's selecting the lower streams for you.

Had to reinstall Kodi and had the problem with InputStream Adaptive again. What helper for me was enabling "Ignore Display Resolution" in the InputStream Adaptive settings. I am using a Fire TV 4k Stick on a 4k TV.

Hi @eracknaphobia - I went to go watch the preliminary game on right now games are no longer showing up when I enter today's game. I checked yesterday and the games were populating, but today all days are blank. I have tried to view the games on my windows laptop, android phone, & CoreELEC/Linux box, all with the same results.

I confirmed that the game is being televised by going through the nhl website, and I am able to watch the game through my browser.
I posted the same message to your github issue tracker for this addon as well.
