It stayed as port 80 when I upgraded, which is why it opened the webpage off the bat, but I changed it to 8080 just to be sure. Still no difference. The Profiles, Movies, TV shows and Music tabs all sit there with the spinning loading circle, but the Remote tab works fine and controls the Pi properly, the whole time displaying the "connection to server lost" (I don't know if it's worth noting but my iphone app works 100% and loads the movie and TV show lists perfectly, so it's just the default webinterface that's broken).

The other web interfaces like WIMM work fine too via http://192.168.x.x:8080/addons/ (except AWXi since it seems to have disappeared off the repo and i need to reinstall it)

It's working for me with both 80 and 8080. I'd already changed my port to 8080 a long time ago, but the recent builds reset it back to 80 even though the default is meant to be 8080 (go figure). However both are working with no "connection to server lost" issues. I'd suggest renaming/removing your guisettings.xml and trying again, as something would seem to be screwed up.

Could you produce a debug log (wiki) with "video" component specific debugging enabled with latest build.

Thanks you popcornmix. Sorry for the delay:

somehow I must lost this change last time I pushed to git: https://github.com/FernetMenta/xbmc/commit/8183cadd599dadb1b17c6c9e74bee47a799dab80
this should make your system recover from the issue originated in mediaportal backend. audio and video stream start with a huge offset of 800ms:

So, the newbie question: and now?
- Do I have to change something in my settings?
- Do I have to stay on 0110b?
- Do I have to report something on github/PR:7030 ?

Is your WOL still OK with build #0114?

RE: OpenELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 17.0) - doldi - 2016-01-15

#0114 is the first build for a long time (like #1001) with absolut great feature to play DVD's.

since a few builds (maybe #0110 or #0111) the 'in progress' view only shows 25 'in progress' tv shows. Show with new episodes will not show up, or other shows will be push out of the 'in progress' list.
I restored a know working database, but the behaviour is the same.

Is this a known problem, or might it be related to my setup?

Thx for the great work!

This is an intentional change in build #0111. I almost consider this as a regression.

I'm looking for a setting to increase the number of items in the In progress TV Shows list.
For recently added exists an advancedsetting parameter.
<videolibrary>
<recentlyaddeditems>50</recentlyaddeditems>
</videolibrary>

Can I modify the number of items in the In progress TV Shows list in a similar way?
<inprogressitems> did not work.

I realized that <recentlyaddeditems> also determines the number of items in the In Progress list.
Problem solved.

Same problem for me with OMXPlayer : time display start counting from 0:0:0 after resume.
and with MMAL, only 1-2 FPS after resume playback.

It seems to be an omxplayer only issue - doesn't happen with mmal. In #0112 there is an omxplayer fix so that it always shows the correct timestamp (it had been 2-3 seconds off), this might be responsible.

Not seeing this behaviour myself, can you provide a debug log?

RE: OpenELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 17.0) - J_E_F_F - 2016-01-16

Kore is "Unable to connect to media center" in new builds.

The last working build is #0110

I see "Unable to connect to media center" in core when trying to update the library (swiping down from TV Shows, Movies, Music)
I can control Kodi using the arrows on the Kore touch screen, and I can play existing content from the Kore library, but can not update the library.
What caught my eye, was that inside Kore, TV shows were not being marked as watched, but they are inside Kodi. I also can not manually mark a show as watched from Kore.

All builds past #0110 exhibit this behavior including #0115.
