You do not have permission to access this page. This could be because of one of the following reasons:
* Your account has either been suspended or you have been banned from accessing this resource.
* You do not have permission to access this page. Are you trying to access administrative pages or a resource that you shouldn't be? Check in the forum rules that you are allowed to perform this action.
* Your account may still be awaiting activation or moderation.
* You have accessed this page directly rather than using appropriate forms or link.
This seems odd to me because:
* I can't see why my account would be suspended or banned.
* I should have permission to access those pages
* My account isn't awaiting activation or moderation because 1. I checked and my account is activated and 2. I have already been able to send and receive PM's
* I have used the appropriate forms & links
Would it be possible to solve this?

I think your post count isn't sufficient yet to have access to all forum features.

yes, we changed the limit due to spam bots flooding users via PM

How many people would be furious if we removed PMs for everyone that wasn't a team member or donor?
Also, I feel like I'm on this site a lot and virtually never get PMs. Why is everyone else PMing all the time, and what is everyone else talking about? Is there a party I don't know about?
