There is no X in the LIBREELEC builds for C2.
RE: ODROID C2 S905 2GB RAM HDMI 2.0 $40 - Mr.A - 2016-10-25
Hi, just purchased the C2, installed libreelec 7.1.0 using Oct.tar found in one of the posts here. Everything works fine until I browse to my movie share which has about 300 movies and it crashes and reboots everytime !
I have 3 other Kodi (all 16.1) machines (2 x windows, 1 android) using sames shares and all working fine.
Log gives no useful info .. any suggestions as to whats going wrong here ?
edit: also tried 7.90 and same problem exists .. I'm stumped .
edit2: I'm convinced it's related to the artwork as before I populate the database it seems to browse fine.

I got my odroid c2 today from hardkernel. Is anyone running the Krypton beta build? Curious to hear from anyone who is, any big issues or is it mostly workable?
Also for latest builds, does anyone have the github shortcut? The odroid.com site is down and I think that's where I wrxtasy had them linked.
Damn odroid.com has been down for hours...... does this happen often?

Not sure what has happened to the Odroid forums, they have been offline for the last 12 hours at least, and yes it is very unusual.
LibreELEC-Odroid_C2.aarch64-7.1.0.Aug.img.zip
LibreELEC-Odroid_C2.aarch64-7.1.0.DDR.Clock.tar
The easy C2 setup Mini Guide:
1) Download the LibreELEC USB-SD Creator App from HERE
2) Choose Odroid C2 > Local Image File > LibreELEC-Odroid_C2.aarch64-7.1.0.Aug.img.zip
3) Choose your mSD card and "Write" it. Eject > Insert into the C2.
4) Make sure you select both SSH and SMB connect options on the setup screens when LE first runs.
5) If an Update is needed use an appropriate .tar update file, and from a PC, follow the instructions found HERE
6) Enjoy !
@Mr.A
Reboots, sounds like a power supply issue, especially when two different versions of Kodi are having the same problems. 2.5" Hard Drives need to be run from a powered USB Hub. No ARM based device - RPi's, WeTeks, C2's etc can supply enough USB power reliably.
Or you have .zip's or .rar's in the directory along with your media files, those files may be causing problems when Kodi tries to interrogate them.

Confluence .. this is a fresh install with nothing added but sources. Fresh installs do not have this problem, otherwise the forum would be overrun with such problems.
You have either:
- bad scraping data, leading to this corrupt b153bd90.jpg file
- a corrupted flash of the mSD card or eMMC
- unreliable power supply issues
- unreliable mSD / eMMC card, leading to corrupted data.
I'm yet to see a .jpg crash and reboot a properly working Kodi device.
@Jdiesel, yes that is the latest release, trust me. I'm now on a monthly release cycle, so in the Oct LE 7.1 thread, you usually just download the latest .tar in there. All the rest in other threads are tests .tar's built on top of Each monthly release.

Thanks for that, I had already eliminated most of these but after reading your post, decided to change the power supply .. seems to be working now !

I had a similar issue. The C2 worked fine for a while then locked up. I tried a new mSD and even wiped the old mSD then I checked the power adapter and was like DUH. It's been great ever since.

I have got two usb power supply units here. One from an old Samsung phone and one from an old iPhone. First I started with the samsung psu and had these reboot errors. After some advices here in this thread I changed to the iPhone psu. Since that I didn't had any unexpected reboots.

Is here anybody else with such an "adjust display refresh rate" issue?
https://forum.libreelec.tv/thread-1497-post-17411.html#pid17411
It doesn't matter if I set it up to "on start / stop" or "always". I am at a resolution of 1920x1080p and a refresh rate of 50Hz under "system - video output" by default.
Greetings Hoppel
