hi,

I have noticed the following problem with the "Movies in theatre" widget:
- When i select a movie, it opens the movie page in the addon, so far so good.
- However, when I select an actor, the actor page is shown above the main screen Confused

I've rewritten the entire widget stuff to use smart playlists and "Ongoing TV shows" selects seasons instead of episodes. That's the reason why you can't directly play an item.
Go into the folder "playlists" within the skin.experience1080 folder. There you'll find the playlist file "ongoing_tvshows.xsp".

As you can see, the type is "tvshows" and Kodi selects seasons instead of episodes. Feel free to change the type to "episodes" (see http://kodi.wiki/view/smart_playlists#Types).
I don't care which type we use. Let me know what you (I mean all of you) prefer and I'll change it to episode.

First, thank you for your work on the skin.

Second, I would like to put in my vote for the old way for the ongoing tv show playlist. It was very convenient to get to a new episode of something from the home menu.

Yup its now standard. I cant find a setting to revert it back to the old style.

Missing zoom info OSD and file info OSD in new version.
Default kodi skin is ok.

I've pushed a small update to the GIT repo and also triggered an update to the official Kodi repo (it needs some time to be updated there).

The following stuff was fixed + changed:
  • [video][fullscreen] re-add label controls to fix missing osd info
  • [playlists] use episodes instead of tvshows for ongoing tv shows widget
  • [setting] remove option to enable/disable shutdown button in sub-windows

There is no issue so far. Someone pointed out that you need to set the widget types again in the skin settings to solve that issue after upgrading to Krypton.

Hi, I have noticed behaviour that was different from version 5 in Kodi 16 and I wonder if anyone knows how to fix it.

In version 5/ kodi 16 I could create a favourite from an item within an addon, so for example I could add "iplayer:Catergories" in the iplayer addon as a favourite, then add this to the home screen.

When I selected this item on the home screen it would take me to the iplayer:Catergories and then when I pressed back I would be returned to the home screen.

In the latest version 6 / kodi 17 if I press back it makes me go back through all the iplayer menus before bringing me back to the home screen.

I have checked the favourite and it has the ;return on the end of it but it still fails to work, is this a bug?

It sounds like this is done by Kodi core, not the skin itself. Did you checked what happens with the default skin? This is a good test to know if some issue is skin independent.

I've tried this but no dice, even after a fresh install I still don't get content showing in Spotlight, has anyone found another solution or fix for this? Or is it fixed in one of the unstable/experimental versions? Thanks in advance :-)

Smallest change request in the history of changes...

On the live TV tab the top right option reads "TV channels" - How can I change it to a capital C for channels?

Radio Stations below it is in capitals as are the link on the Home tab.

Have looked in the languages string file and searched some of XML files but cant find it...

Know it's very petty, but it bugs me! Blush
