Which version of kodi did you use. Because on v17 the default skin work perfectly with youtube addon. With watched and resume icon available.

RE: YouTube Plug-in Thread - nille02 - 2017-02-01

I use the latest 17 RC and in the Widelist i have only the release year. the both other views don't have enough space for the titles .

RE: YouTube Plug-in Thread - mac1202 - 2017-02-01

Can you post a screenshot ?

RE: YouTube Plug-in Thread - nille02 - 2017-02-01

Its look for me like this if i use the modded version

RE: YouTube Plug-in Thread - jmh2002 - 2017-02-01

So probably this means that the modded version of the Skin that you are using has not been updated correctly from the stock Estuary Skin to fix this issue.

I did mention clearly in the FAQ that the Skin developers need to update their Skins.

This is not a YouTube issue. Please post this problem in the support thread for the Skin that you are using Nod

No, i sayed i use a modded version of the yt addon (for the correct result). the skin is untouched.

After the plugin update it works perfectly on osmc , kodi jarvis , rpi2

I think there is some miscommunication here. Your Estuary Skin looks different compared to the screenshots from @mac1202?
And if you are using your modded version of YouTube that you posted earlier, maybe that is the problem? I guess @mac1202 isnt using this modded YouTube?

Also, as @mac1202 stated:

In any case, to be clear, please list:

Operating System, Kodi version, Skin (including version), YouTube (including version).

And since @mac1202 seems to have a working example maybe he would be so kind as to please list the same too.

Thanks.

Use the unmodified version of the plugin because thats the only one we're supporting. It'll be on kodi repo later today or you can get the zip from post #1.

RE: YouTube Plug-in Thread - nille02 - 2017-02-01

@jdf76 but with the official version the views are horrible. like on the pic, instead of view status etc i see only the year. everything with the latest version and unmodified.

RE: YouTube Plug-in Thread - jdf76 - 2017-02-01

I'm sorry about that but Kodi Policy specifically states we need to let the skinners select the views and not the plugin. I know it'd be great if we could put back that option but in order to be in the official kodi repo we have to abide by there rules.

I hope you can understand.
