There is no 5.4.1 and the Age restrictions is based on your account. not the API keys.

Jeff
my youtube addon is 5.4.1, and it always automatic self updating, it might be from other repository, and if i install old youtube 5.3.x and i turn off the outomatic update still it will be update to the latest 5.4.1, in the old days 5.3.x i dont have to sign in in the youtube addon but still can play the age restriction (i ticked the api key in the addon option), so can you help me?

the latest it's 5.3.9 (need to pick manually zip from github or wait when it's pushed to kodi repo or youtube repo). Your 5.4.1 it's an "unofficial" picked from uknow repo i thinks. What repo have you setup on your kodi ?

RE: YouTube Plug-in Thread - daniel-ntl - 2017-02-09

man i install all repo in the world (superepo.org, noobandnerd), if i update only the youtube addons it got 10 from different repo, and if i erase the youtube and install old youtube, it always automatic update to the latest. i just want just like the old one 5.3.x, i dont have to sign in to see the age restricted video because in the option i ticked the api key.

I'm also not supporting other peoples work. 5.3.9 is on the repo for this place or 5.3.8 from the Official Kodi Repo.

RE: YouTube Plug-in Thread - daniel-ntl - 2017-02-09

well thanks jeff for reminding me, but any solution about the "no videos stream found" because it is the same error with login in, in browser its ok, i try all 0-5 api key it doesnt work, still no video stream found, could you add api key that pass the age restriction? just put it to number 6. thx man

RE: YouTube Plug-in Thread - Soli - 2017-02-09

Sorry if this has been answered..

I use Krypton RC3 on Kodibuntu 14.04. I just downloaded the latest 5.3.8. Enabled dash and apt-getted inputstream.adaptive. 1080p works fine, but auto refreshrate switching isn't working properly now. 23.976fps videos are now detected as 24fps at the beginning, then videos go on for a couple of seconds, then Kodi detects that it's 23.976 and changes the refreshrate for the second time.
It's the same with 29.97/30 , 59.94/60.

Anyone else have this problem?

You should then read the forum rules (wiki) on piracy and banned add-ons (wiki) as you have stuff on your system which is banned and invalidates support being given by this site.

I have the same behavior LibreELEC (Krypton) v7.95.2 BETA.

RE: YouTube Plug-in Thread - Soli - 2017-02-09

Good, we can then rule out it being a Ubuntu vs LE problem, or that I'm using an old distro.
I've noticed that if I press "o" right away, it will say 24fps for 23.976 sources. Just for 1 or 2 seconds, and then it will change to the corrects 23.976fps, and then Kodi will do another auto refreshrate switch. Is it the same with you?

RE: YouTube Plug-in Thread - max_gradient - 2017-02-09

So any way to fix the "no streams found error" without installing 3rd party/unsupported/banned/whatever repositories?
