Do not know which part of the skin is the culprit but if you try to use "clean library" in Kodi settings then it will works for movies but not for TVshows

Not skin issue. For me clean library clean correctly movies and tv shows.

Weird

Works perfectly on stock estuary and does not work for TVshows as soon as I install estuary MOD

It's kodi function, not a skin settings ^^

I replaced frequently english tv shows by french tv shows and my library is cleaning correctly. english are deleted and french added.

So I will have to find why Kodi does not want to clean TVshows anymore as soon as I install estuary MOD and add-ons from OP

levil1, Guilouz has pointed you to the wiki where it has all the information in creating a debug log here:
http://kodi.wiki/view/Log_file/Advanced
No one can help you until they see the debug log!

RE: Estuary MOD (UPDATED 04/09/16) - levil1 - 2016-09-06

It does not matter I'll wait another version and i return to default skin.

I'm not good enough in English to find another debug.log than kodi.log and kodi.old.log

In http://kodi.wiki/view/Log_file/Advanced
"3 Log files
kodi.log or xbmc.log - This is the log file of most recent (or currently running) Kodi session.
kodi.old.log or xbmc.old.log - This is the log file from the last Kodi session. If Kodi crashes AND you have restarted it before viewing the log, this is the one you want."

I will try to decrypt http://kodi.wiki/view/Log_file/Easy

i found this with Kodi Logfile Uploader

paste.ubuntu

paste.ubuntu old.log

Thanks again

levil1 those are not debug logs, those are normal operating logs! to turn on debug logging go to system settings and Enable debug logging see image
Image
Note the 2nd image shows debug is ON,

When it crashes upload the Kodi Log with the debug info to pastebin. You can then go back into kodi and disable debuging!

New test and same result: work on fresh Kodi install and does not work as soon as I install estuary MOD and add-ons found in first post of this thread

Here is my folder structure:
Movies
---------------movie A
---------------movie B
---------------...

TVshows
---------------TVshow A
---------------TVshow B
---------------...

Here are my tests:

TEST1
-install latest nightly
-select source folders in Kodi for Movies and TVshows
-close Kodi
-remove movie A and TVshow A folder
-launch Kodi
-go to settings and clean library

TEST2
-install latest nightly
-install estuary Mod and all add-ons from first post
-select source folders in Kodi for Movies and TVshows
-close Kodi
-remove movie A and TVshow A folder
-launch Kodi
-go to settings and clean library

Here are the results:
TEST1: library is cleaned properly for Movies and TVshows
TEST2: library is cleaned properly for Movies. For TVshows, the episodes and seasons are removed BUT the TVshow still appears

Only conclusion that comes to me: something in this MOD mess with library cleaning

Line 83 of the first log you quoted says it is a proper debug log Wink

RE: Estuary MOD (UPDATED 04/09/16) - bmonster - 2016-09-07

Hi,

For your information, been having a lot of freezes followed by rebooting every couple of hours, 1st culprit would be kodi, so we spent a few hours trying to find out why, no luck.
On an off chance swapped to normal estuary and it hasn't crash in over 14hrs, but switch back to mod and within 2hrs it crashes.
I'm not using mod anymore but thought I'd let you know anyway.

I'm sure it something to do with PVR.

I have been using this mod since day 1.
For me even now the cleanup and update works for both movies and tvshows.
I even use Trakt with it, so that runs after both things are done.
Not sure why it wont work with you.

So if something with the mod messes with the cleaning all of us would have that bug.
But so far only you have it, so I cant see why it would be the mod since its a kodi thing and not skin thing.
Why not show some debug logs about that?

RE: Estuary MOD (UPDATED 04/09/16) - eengert - 2016-09-07

Love the skin, but without a way to disable auto-refresh of widgets, it's not very usable. It takes 30-60 seconds for each page of widgets to update EVERY SINGLE time you change pages in the menu. Would really appreciate if it could be a priority to figure out that functionality and implement it.

I made a little progress on this one:

-stock latest nightly: works
-latest nightly + estuary MOD + add-ons from OP without settings being made: works
-once I made all my settings including those for add-ons; TVshows not cleaned

Here is a debug log almost corresponding to TEST2 (one TVshow folder removed from TVshows folder): http://pastebin.com/v3q8f7wJ

Do not know yet if I will have the time to find the culprit or just remove/readd source each time I delete something
