In any case, we can hold on this for now. If I see the problem again, I'll post a new (abbreviated) logfile.

Could it be a network issue? Do you need "Wait for network before starting Kodi" enabled in LibreELEC Settings?

Not surprisingly, this problem has come back. I did set the option you suggested, but it didn't help. (I'm using a wired Ethernet connection, so I wouldn't expect much of a delay in the network connection process.)

Here is the logfile -- hopefully one that will be useful this time. But let me know if I can do anything else to help debug this.

This isn't even a debug log, please submit a debug log.

RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 17.0) - mikeb8591 - 2016-08-30

I updated to my rpi2 to #0828 and see jerky video playback / dropped frames on recordings from one local station (SF Bay area channel 11 720p I believe) but recorded video from local channel 5 (1080i) seems ok.

It's been awhile since I updated, so I chased this back, and it seems to have come in on the #0602 build.

#0828 log : http://sprunge.us/LQAj

#0602 log: http://sprunge.us/bVih

playback with #0601 seems to have a bit of an audio sync issue, but playback is smooth once started.

It's not a debug log (see note #9, first post).

I don't know what skin you're using but you've got a ton of skin related errors. Test using stock Estuary.

You're using banned addons, so get rid of those if you want help on this forum.

Your MythTV PVR Client installation is not working - maybe you've lost your configuration or it's become corrupt.

My advice would be to start with a clean .kodi without all the banned addons, re-install/reconfigure only Myth. If you still have a problem upload a debug log.

#602 did introduce a bug:
Code:
firmware: image_fx: Need to preserve flags for generated frames.

which was fixed in #613
Code:
firmware: image_fx: Mask off unwanted flags from generated frames

So I'd be interested if the problem is present in #613?
Most interesting would be #602 with firmware (start.elf/fixup.dat) copied from #613.

Thanks for the reply @popcornmix
The behavior is very difficult to track, This error occurs rarely and spontaneously, to find that I will need days or weeks.
I had used another SD card some time ago, maybe's that? Must old SD card back and try back.

That did the trick!! Thanks much.

Hello !

I've got problems I haven't in previous version (805 I think) : I can't move (chapter jump, or fast forward) in a 3D movie. It "jumps", but only one picture is displayed and frozen, as if it was paused.

Here the log : http://sprunge.us/aKWc

Thank you for your help,

Regards,

Turn off passthrough, any better?

If not, can you identify the exact build when this problem started.

Hi,

Having problem with kernel panic with my Pi 2 Model B since build #0823 (works with #0822 and lower builds)
Crash seems to be related to Netgear A6100 (rtl8812au) when plugged in during boot or plugged in after successful boot.
Unplugged it works just fine.

Screenshot of kernel panic http://imgur.com/a/la4vK

Thanks
