RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 17.0) - mglae - 2016-09-04 There is a memory leak in current AMD Radeon VDPAU consuming a few hundred kBytes/sec while playing video. My findings: - Disabling VDPAU solves the memory leak. - The issue started with #0531 commit "Added: [env] patch: mesa: update to 12.0.0-rc1" - Reverting mesa to 11.2.2 in my LE build solves the memory leak. - Fortunately building LE with the git head of the upcoming 12.0.2 release solves the memory leak too, so the bug seems to be fixed. RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 17.0) - cowboype - 2016-09-04 Hi there! When bd-j menus will be support by kodi? Thanks for all your work. Its awesome! How do I enable that? I linked to the DMESG logs I already made in here in the bugreport. See here. Just use extlinux.conf instead of syslinux.cfg for LibreElec. RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 17.0) - Milhouse - 2016-09-04 syslinux.cfg is likely to be correct for a recently installed LE system. On my NUC, the file to edit is /flash/EFI/BOOT/syslinux.cfg RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 17.0) - Milhouse - 2016-09-04 New LibreELEC.tv Krypton build #0903: Generic (Supercedes previous build) Code: # uname -a Based on tip of LibreELEC.tv master (d41dfce1, changelog) and tip of XBMC master (6fe54873, changelog) with the following modifications:

Thx @mglae for reporting. RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 17.0) - Superbert - 2016-09-04 Hi Milhouse, first of all, great work. I read in this thread, that there is a problem to wake up a zotac box after shutdown per IR. Is there already a fix for this problem? Thank you. RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 17.0) - Milhouse - 2016-09-04 Thanks both. I'll pick the patch until we're in a position to bump mesa. RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 17.0) - Boulder - 2016-09-04 I've tested the build (upgraded over LibreELEC 7.0.2) but I get quite a bit of video stutter at times. With LE 7.0.2 there were no such issues. I've also noticed that the "Use as default for all media" doesn't work anymore, the subtitle settings seem to be applied only to the current video and not all. I don't know if I should start from scratch but that is quite a job. Here's a debug log if it helps out: http://pastebin.com/bVujvety EDIT: Some other strange things: for those particular HEVC encoded files, the pop up menu shows that they are being deinterlaced although they are encoded as progressive. Then, I tried playing some Star Trek TNG files I have. They are not hardware decoded even though they are standard MPEG-4 AVC files that are HW decoded in the stable LE build. Do you have any problems with#0902?
