RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 17.0) - Milhouse - 2016-10-17 (2016-10-17, 08:43)pacoma2610 Wrote: Go back to #1015 because the errors are back: Unless you can reproduce these errors with stock Estuary you shouldn't be reporting them here - they're third-party skin errors, so contact your skin maintainer. As for the SMB errors, nobody knows if those extrafanart directories of yours exist or not, or if you've simply got a problem in your network that has broken SMB (reboot the [Windows] server etc.). RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 17.0) - pacoma2610 - 2016-10-17 Please excuse me for my bad description, I wanted to say, with the update from # 1015 to # 1016 the settings of the skins are set to standard. The settingslevel of Kodi itself remains with me on expert. I will test later with the default Skin.... However if all this happened with a third-party skin and it can't be reproduced with stock Estuary then there's not really very much I'm able to do. RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 17.0) - pacoma2610 - 2016-10-17 This is logical, in future the builds will test with the standard skins. I think it has something to do with the reloading difficulties in Krypton. RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 17.0) - stainlessdk - 2016-10-17 #1011, 11-Oct-2016: Generic -- Release post (Cherry Trail/Bay Trail audio support for 4.8 kernel; peripheral.joystick updates) <- does HD audio work now or ?? / Stainlessdk RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 17.0) - Milhouse - 2016-10-17 You tell me. RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 17.0) - stainlessdk - 2016-10-17 sadly no there is no option for passthrough, everything works awsome RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 17.0) - fritsch - 2016-10-17 (2016-10-17, 21:23)stainlessdk Wrote: sadly no there is no option for passthrough, everything works awsome It does not support passthrough. Kernel does not / audio device does not. It can only do 24 bit audio and for PT you need 16 bit. RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 17.0) - Milhouse - 2016-10-18 New LibreELEC.tv Krypton build #1017: Generic (Supercedes previous build) Code: # uname -a Based on tip of LibreELEC.tv master (15c3a1cb, changelog) and tip of XBMC master (2702d19a, changelog) with the following modifications:

The home page will take forever to load instead of being instant in previous builds. I get tearing on the screen when scrolling, and tearing playing videos on youtube.I've just tested build #1010 and Chromium with intel hardware acceleration, and don't see any tearing on a Skylake NUC6i5SYH (I visited the LE home page, scrolled up and down several times, visited news.bbc.co.uk and scrolled various pages and viewed a few videos again without any tearing). Chromium was the only add-on installed in what is otherwise a "clean" kodi installation - can you try testing without any other addons? I have just done a clean install of the latest build #1016 I still get the same Issue. RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 17.0) - debutanker - 2016-10-18 I also have problems with hw acceleration, chromium and Intel Bay Trail - NUC. With my NUC DN2820 only "sw accelerated" in chromium is possible - i´ve noticed this, after switching in the Amazon add-on from inputstream to browser. In the chromium add-on hw acc is set for "intel". Isn´t it possible to get hw acc with this bay trail nuc? I wonder if a new build of the Chromium add-on is required (unfortunately it's not currently building). Do you have this same problem with LibreELEC release 7.90.007? I just checked that build #1013 allowed me during playback to jump to a particular playback time, and in builds #1016 and the latest #1017 numerical keypresses during fullscreen playback have no effect. Do you have this same problem with LibreELEC release 7.90.007? Thx for sharing your thoughts with me! If i remember correctly (been testing chromium on my nuc long time ago...), i got the same problems with libreelec and the first versions of chromium. After some updates in the chromium add-on i was able to get hw acc and play amazon videos without stuttering. I havn't tested it with 7.90.007 but i will do asap and share my experience. |
