RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86 (Kodi 17.0) - schumi2004 - 2016-06-16 Another crash this morning with build #613 I'm going to do a clean install like suggested before by Milhouse but maybe the log is still useful ? I couldn't find anything specific for this crash. This is the kodi.old.log https://paste.ee/p/GkJMo This is the kodi.log https://paste.ee/p/jNDzw Dmesg output https://paste.ee/p/XfFzd Both Debug enabled. RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86 (Kodi 17.0) - fritsch - 2016-06-16 Reproduce while playing local files in a row as always when tvheadend is involved. RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86 (Kodi 17.0) - Milhouse - 2016-06-16 Are the remote/IR/lirc issues back to normal in #0615 now that the lirc bump has been dropped? Do you say it's a tvheadend issue? I can't recall any crash when playing local files tbh, i can try to let it play for hours using local files but then i need to set a few things up. Problem is that it takes hours if not days before it crashes. Sometimes twice a day but sometimes it takes 2 days before it crashes. We also mainly watch LiveTV on this box, RPi2 doesn't seem to have such issues. Now it's running with a clean install without addons, see what happens and then i'll try a local files session. I'll upgrade now and report back. /edit: Remote works perfect again with build #615 RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86 (Kodi 17.0) - Roby77 - 2016-06-16 For me no more ir problem RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86 (Kodi 17.0) - schumi2004 - 2016-06-16 Another crash with clean install with only a few addons installed (needed by Eastuary skin mod ) and a lot of repo's. Running memtest86 now, 70% and no errors found yet. Could it have something todo with VDPAU? In every log i check that is the last thing before it is killed. Code: 08:21:34 30129.181641 T:140189138368256 NOTICE: COutput::OnExit: Output Thread terminated /edit: Not sure if it is useful, but this happens when LiveTV (tvheadend) is running for minimal 3~4 hours. RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86 (Kodi 17.0) - fritsch - 2016-06-16 It's a memleak, yes. Check with top and press H for threads and see which thread eats that much memory. So for now you can only reproduce this when running with tvheadend, right? Can't you setup a vdr or something and see if that persists? I fear (yet again) it sends shit, which is not decoded properly and somewhere fills up :-( RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86 (Kodi 17.0) - schumi2004 - 2016-06-16 Looks like they are all the same or am i wrong? http://pastebin.com/fY0HdZRt RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86 (Kodi 17.0) - gjwAudio - 2016-06-16 (2016-06-16, 10:02)Milhouse Wrote: Are the remote/IR/lirc issues back to normal in #0615 now that the lirc bump has been dropped?YUP... IR controls (handheld & MCE keyboard) communicating again under #0615. Auto-repeat still MIA too Thanks for the LIRC UN-bump. RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86 (Kodi 17.0) - flipside101 - 2016-06-16 Whoop whoop good to get keyboard use back I've been trying to track the issue for weeks Sent from my SGP512 RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86 (Kodi 17.0) - fritsch - 2016-06-16 (2016-06-16, 18:56)schumi2004 Wrote: Looks like they are all the same or am i wrong? RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86 (Kodi 17.0) - Milhouse - 2016-06-17 Would those who experienced problems after the recent lirc bump please test the following build and confirm if IR is now working as expected, or not (this doesn't include the lack of auto-repeat which may be a different issue): Generic: #0616x LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86 (Kodi 17.0) - lrusak - 2016-06-17 (2016-06-17, 01:03)Milhouse Wrote: Would those who experienced problems after the recent lirc bump please test the following build and confirm if IR is now working as expected, or not (this doesn't include the lack of auto-repeat which may be a different issue): Anyone who tests this build please post the output of Code: systemctl status | pastebinit Code: dmesg | pastebinit RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86 (Kodi 17.0) - _Spook_ - 2016-06-17 I will test this when I get back home later today and report back. |
