might be worth getting ms virtual pc or vmware player and building yourself a virtual pc, make a copy once built (and working with your dev version hopefully) and then if any weird stuff happens you take the vm back to scratch. just let me know if i'm telling you to suck eggs won't you ;-)

do I understand from the above post that your script is working again?

I had a read trough here and http://beebhack.wikia.com/wiki/Beebhack and it seems to me that it should still be possible ...?

Could you shed some light or should I just download your latest Version from here: http://code.google.com/p/xbmc-iplayer/

The script works fine, Beeb must of had some issues a few weeks back that was mistaken as a script issue.

It is a beta feature that the BBC are using for iphone/ipod touch that this script takes advantage of, so you can expect issues and not full set of programs to download.

Folks, can't get this script to work.

(Mods - please move to support forum if this is wrong place)

Installs ok but on first run (or any subsequent try) just hangs when it starts to look for Programs. I get the green spinning logo in top right corner but nowt else. Have to reboot xbox.
Everything else is working perfectly, am in UK, and am using recent build (couple of weeks old)

Any suggestions? thx

I seem to be having problems playing back the downloads. It saves the file in the downloads but when i click on watch it does nothing Sad Anyone have any ideas on this?

Same here, recent downloads won't play, slightly older ones will.

Dag Nammit...

Was dead excited to try this... It will download stuff, but won't play it back. Boo. Using latest T3ch build of XBMC and latest version of the script. I really wanted to watch the panorama that was on the other night. Is this something you clever bods can fixHuh Please, we'd really appreciate it.

Getting the same problem here, newer programs downloading but not playing. Looks as if the format has changed, the debug log says there are no audio or video headers found and mplayer fails with a code -1. Huh Can post the log if it would help anyone, hopefully there is a way around this.
