The best way to get them is to use an HD Homerun connected to your cable provider. I assume that you're not asking about illegal pirated streams in this forum.

You can also use a third party software called Playon which lets you view HBO/Showtime Go if you have access to those services. Playon can be integrated with Kodi using the built-in upnp browser or my Playon browser plugin
