Does your TV support motion interpolation? (TV sets with labelled refresh rates like 100hz/120hz/200hz/240hz/480hz, etc). If it does, turn off that feature completely as it makes the stuttering a lot worse when the video is not perfectly synced to the display. I love that feature but I had to turn off mine to make the stuttering disappear (at least much less noticeable for me)

The Mi Box doesn't output at 23.976Hz anyways - it is 24Hz, so there will be some judder due to that if you are playing 23.976 sources. I think that if you have HDMI adaptation set to on, it seems to smooth this out a lot and I can't really notice it as obviously (I think what it does is the equivalent of sync playback to display in Kodi). I can recall wrxtasy saying something similar earlier in this forum as well.

some issue I have:
when I stream LIVE content, for example, Sky News LIVE HD, from native Youtube app, stream is always low quality no matter which options I choose, even setting it to auto ain't working. When I cast that same stream from my phone to mibox, it is playing in HD.
I don't have problem with regular HD clips, they all play in high definition.

i have a question about my mi box 3,...
well, i was buy my box last week. must say that i allready have 8 or 9 tv boxes with android, and every work without problems (dependeing of chip what its inside, but... all working). But Mi Box not working... i have by default so many applictions what i m not using, but when i install kodi or spmc or any fork kodi, install for ex. Exdous then try to start any movies or series its stop when he try to find servers (everytime on the number 26 or 27 or 28). it is same also on specto or any other addons. where i make mistake? i was allready try to put some build (pulse or spinz) but same thing happend. mean, what?

After clicking on the link, the product page says it's 69.99 which is the same as Wally World in the US. Is this anything else that needs to be done to get the 9.90 offer?

Looks like some kind of scam where ~10000 people have to "share" the promotion, after which a "limited quantity" of devices will be available at that price.
