Kodi-PVR-Mythtv prevent backend shutdown question - User 282437 - 2016-06-16
First off, thanks for a great plugin that seems to get better all them time.
Now, the configuration > advanced has an option "Block backend shutdown".
I am running kodi on a Ubuntu 16.04 LTS client HTPC, which also has a mythtv secondary or slave backend on it.
The main backend is remote across the LAN.
Can I get clarification on the purpose of "Block backend shutdown", please, because if I enable it the client PC will not shutdown from kodi's "Power Off System", locking up instead.
