Much more fluid and stable.
Now the recommendations are turned off by default and the device works better now.
On Android 5.1.1 was a bit sluggish

Hi to all, newbie here. I want to install LibreELEC to internal nand, as i want the Hub performing as a pure Kodi engine. What is preferable, the official Libreelec 8.0.1 or any other custom LibreELEC version like Kszaq's or Raybuntu's ? Thanks in advance.

You can always check first using mSD card
Check which version is more liking to your needs.
But on any of them should be OK and working without any major issues

However its a bit like Ghostbusters - don't cross the streams.
Those streams equating to official LibreELEC 64bit releases vs the 32bit @kszaq and @Raybuntu LibreELEC releases.
Addon binaries are not compatible between 64bit<<-->>32bit - as such its advised to stick with what you start LE with unless you want to get your hands a wee bit dirty !
The script found over here is what you run first before doing a LE .tar update to flop between 32/64bit releases:

Finally Android TV ROM 2.0 has been released for the Hub
Here are some of the major points in this release:
- Added back the HDMI-CEC language option to HDMI-CEC settings and disabled it by default No more automatically switching to Korean
- HD audio passthrough works correctly in apps like Netflix, Plex etc
- DTS-HD is automatically downgraded to DTS if your AVR doesn't support it (except in Kodi)
- Dolby Digital Plus is automatically downgraded to Dolby Digital if your AVR doesn't support it (except in Kodi) This way, people can still enjoy Netflix in 5.1 without a supported AVR
- Improved playback in Kodi and other apps that change the refresh rate
- Don't do HDMI renegotiation everytime we switch channels on "Live Channels" or skip a video in SPMC wth Amcodec
- Xiaomi Mix Box remote works out of the box, including the power button (mic doesn't work yet)

We have been testing and tweaking over about the last month or so.
This ATV ROM is actually better than WeTek's WeOS so far as Android TV OS App Audio handling and SPMC / Kodi Krypton video Sync is concerned.
Also I'm particularly pleased OTA TV using SPMC & the Live Channels App now works properly after I did some Sherlock work.
When used with the paired Mi Box remote, I actually prefer this ROM over the actual Mi Box for Android TV Apps like Netflix and Kodi.
Refresh switching and Video Sync are superior.
I can Root this ROM too to be able to use my PS3 remote for Retro gaming.
Plus you still get to dual boot into LibreELEC Kodi Krypton - Win Win !
Chromecasting is unsupported as you need an actual Android TV OS Chromecasting certificate.

I noticed this post about bugs - "the very first Skipping of video will still cause a HDMI renegotiation, Kodi Krypton & SPMC. Subsequent skips do not cause this." and wondered if this is why I see a frame of static when skipping on my Hub running LE?
