I mostly used items I already had on hand, so it was pretty cheap. To buy it all new would be pretty pricey. I went a little overboard. Let's see:
NUC6i5SYH - $350 (estimated)
RAM - $55
CEC module - $30
Tuner lid - just hit the market and it's $97 (with shipping)
PNY 240GB SSD - $60
So all together - $592
Like I said, "a little" overboard. If I'd had to buy it all new I'd like have gone for an i3, an 80GB SSD, and 8GB of ram.
