Not directly related to add-on, but I updated the add-on site so users can now submit definitions (subtitles lines which should be removed) from web browser:

The idea is that users can make their own definition files for subtitle cleanup. No need to scan all the languages when you can select only the languages you use.
All you need for this is to check your UUID and set the option in addon settings.
1) Find your own UUID by looking into Cleansubs addon settings file in userdata folder:
Android: Android/data/org.xbmc.kodi/files/.kodi/userdata/
iOS: private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/Kodi/userdata/
Linux: ~/.kodi/userdata/
Mac: /Users//Library/Application Support/Kodi/userdata/
LibreELEC/OpenELEC: /storage/.kodi/userdata/
Windows: %APPDATA%\kodi\userdata
...and then open service.cleansubs folder. The settings file is called settings.xml. Your UUID is in line beginning with setting id="ID" value=....
2) Then go to http://cleansubs.heliohost.org/makeowndef.php5 and enter your UUID and select the languages you want.
3) Now, check the option 'use custom definitions' in Cleansubs add-on settings in Kodi, and customized definitions will be automatically downloaded!
Remember you can always change your preferences by either disabling this option in add-on settings (you will receive full definitions) or by submitting the data again on this page.

Hi everyone,
Could you add an option to remove cc (closed captions) from subtitles? Sometimes that's the only one available or that it's on sync. But it ruins the movie (at least for me) so i prefer to not use any subtitle instead of that one. Would be great if this could do that,
