HEVC playback with staircase effect - fischgourmet - 2016-09-28

Kodi V17 beta3 (20160927) plays HEVC files with staircase effect like this.

Native in DVBViewer or MPC-HC works fine.

maybe same issue as mentioned here: http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=266656&highlight=hevc

Only Windows seems to be affected by those kind of issues.

Curious ShadeBlack, Guest_101 and me have the same CPU: i3-6100 Skylake .

I will test disable some enhancement under Video Settings in Intel HD Graphic Control Panel.

But native in DVBViewer or MPC-HC works fine with the same Intel HD Graphic Control Panel setup. Seems a bug in Kodi v17.

Thank you! This worked for me as well (I'm using an Intel Kaby Lake with a HD graphics 620)

This worked for me as well on the newest Intel NUC (the Skull Canyon NUC6i7KYK).
