Still not sure what is causing the problem, though... RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 18.0) - Massimo65 - 2018-08-26 Good morning, I apologize for my English. If I replace a file in MP4 format with the same name but with different audio and video codecs, with kodi 17 at the first reproduction the information on the codecs are updated, with Kodi 18 this does not happen can you help me? thank you RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 18.0) - doldi - 2018-08-26 little feedback: hifiberry works fine in #825 with Added: [pkg] PR:2662 (perma): [4.18] rpi-wm8804-soundcard: use nicer driver_name "RPi-WM8804" (linux) Thanks RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 18.0) - HiassofT - 2018-08-26 (2018-08-26, 10:53)doldi Wrote: hifiberry works fine in #825 with Added: [pkg] PR:2662 (perma): [4.18] rpi-wm8804-soundcard: use nicer driver_name "RPi-WM8804" (linux)Thanks for the feedback! so long, Hias RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 18.0) - Milhouse - 2018-08-26 (2018-08-25, 00:44)agentxan Wrote: Did you find anything in the logs that I posted that would cause the freeze when it drops to about 60mb of free memory. I tried to use plugins like embycon to play the movies and tvshows with nothing in the kodi database and it does not run out of memory. The free memory hovers around 150mb and 250mb after 9 days. Sorry, I'd forgotten about this. I've had a look through the logs, and memory definitely seems to be reducing to the point where you'll likely hit OOM, but it's not entirely obvious why. Based on the timings, it looks like large chunks of memory are being allocated while browsing your library or playing movies - which seems unusual. Unfortunately, the bcmstat.sh memory monitoring only has visibility of the entire system and not just kodi.bin, so it's not possible to say with any certainty that the memory being allocated is being allocated by Kodi. Have you installed anything else on your RPi which might be running in addition to Kodi, for example tvheadend, docker, Hyperion etc.? RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 18.0) - AdamBrunt - 2018-08-26 This has probably been asked before but ... I have just updated to this test build [ great work BTW Milhouse ] and all was going fine til I installed the Amazon Prime and Netflix. Once I have entered my credentials they both say "Widevine CDM" needs to be installed. However, it says it need 1.9GB of free space which it claims I don't have. When I go to the 'storage' screen, in Kodi, I see 3 'drives'; a /flash one [ with 102MB free ], a /storage one [ with 1.8GB free ] and the USB flash drive with 18.9GB free. Is it possible to free up space on my Libreelec install (Raspberry Pi 3) without losing everything ? Or can I, for example, just add a USB drive temporariliy ? RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 18.0) - germa18 - 2018-08-26 the build #0825 just crash completely my installation (i was on #0824), every time i boot i see the new splash over and over again i see in the log error https://pastebin.com/1GfQyyFi RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 18.0) - doldi - 2018-08-26 Don't worry, i hope for you that you always make a backup? Addon (backup-sript) or with "workaround" from libreelec? I think your sd-card is corrupt, sorry ...you have to create a new libreelec. Since 2014 i had this problem several times ... RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 18.0) - nick w - 2018-08-26 Build 825, does anyone else have Flicr IR issues. Mine isn't working.
