Same here with the Cirrus Logic Audio Card hat - no audio from #0312 onward, but #0311 is OK.

The IQaudio driver loaded fine, but also snd_bcm2835 was loaded before - the latter is a bit puzzling, it shouldn't load (unless you add dtparam=audio=on to config.txt).

Kodi doesn't play nice with 2 ALSA cards (ALSA default PCM enumeration is a bit borked in Kodi), so you probably only get the RPi on-board ALSA device listed in kodi.

Could you verify that? Please post a Kodi debug log and the output of "aplay -L"

so long,

Hias

RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 18.0) - ninekit - 2019-03-16

Dear all,
Just moved from stable 9.0.1 to the latest testbuild and find the audio output latency setting, searched a bit in the forum and general google but can't find a lot of explanations on what it is.
Will appreciate any knowledge sharing, and to know if it affect sound quality or add to A/V sync issues?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
ninekit
