Are you saying #303 is good? Identifying the last good build is very useful.
I don't see a reason why performance should have regressed.

Is there any option to install the systools?
I need hd-idle but when I want to install from repo it fails. Is it because there is no access to 9 repository?

Yes, almost certainly.
As a temporary workaround you could downgrade to the last 8.0 build, #0201 (or downgrade to the official LibreELEC 8.0 release), install the System Tools add-on from the LE 8.0 repository, then finally upgrade back to the latest 9.0 test build. For simple command line tools this should work.

Are you saying #303 is good? Identifying the last good build is very useful.
I don't see a reason why performance should have regressed.
Nope mistyped it - somewhere between 203 and 304 (sorry - i was on krypton for quiet a while and just jumped to Leia now)

Edit: If you update the video library you'll also see decimal progress numbers rather than percentage. I'm not able to confirm if latest Kodi on Ubuntu behaves the same as LibreELEC as Kodi no longer builds on Ubuntu due to the lack of any fmt package. Ping @Montellese/@Paxxi.

The audio thing that shows when you change the volume isn't displaying properly anymore. It's missing the white circle border that changes depending on the volume.

Shadertoy screensavers looked pretty smooth to me.
Can you try booting with .kodi renamed. It could be that you have an addon causing the slowdown.

RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 18.0) - nick w - 2017-03-09
Hi
I want to start using CinemaVision on one of my Pi's. It's only supported and working on Kodi 17. All my Pi's are running kodi 18 libreelec 307.
Does anyone know what issues I might have rolling back one pi to kodi 17 while the rest progress with the libreelec beta builds?
Thinking about it, i dont think this will work at all....
Kodi 18 = Movie DB 108
Kodi 17 = Movie DB 107
So if i ran 4 kodi 18s and 1 kodi 17, i would have a split DB with different watched statuses wouldn't I?
Thanks
Nick
